Our patented bonded gates system allows you to easily assemble your own gates to your specifications using our specially formulated two part bonding agent that chemically welds the gates together up to 30,000PSI. Need to fit a special width opening? No problem! Need to rack your gate to fit your slope? No problem. Our gate rails can be cut to accomodate custom widths and every gate can rack up to a 1:1 slope! Our patened bonded gate system bonds the rails blindly inside the gate verticals so there's no mess and no violation of the AAMA 2604 factory applied powder coating. Shilo's secret is our patented custom aluminum extrusion that you will only find through Shilo. This patented bonding method bonds 4-6 square inches of surface per connection. That's up to one million pounds of bonded strength per gate! Shilo's gates are also powder coated to meet the American Archetectural Metals Association's AAMA2604 standard of 3,000 hours of salt spray testing under ASTM D 2247 and humidity testing under ASTM B 117. Most aluminum fences today do not meet this stringent standard, and many will claim that they use AAMA2604 powder, but fail to inform you to that they lack the $6M powder coating line to apply the powder to meet the associations CERTIFIED standard. Don't be fooled by the size of the company, to save cost and increase profits many of the largest companies are NOT CERTIFIED to AAMA2604.
