 Detailed Description
These hinges are specifically designed for automated swing gates. These hinges weld directly onto any aluminum serface. When building pillars, you will want to mortar in 1/2" J-bolts into the column and allow them to extend beyond the wall about 1.25". You should have 3-5 bolts spaced about 1.5ft apart depending upon the height of the gate. Get a 1/2" x 4" (or wider) plate of aluminum and bolt it to the column. Weld you hinge blocks approximately .5ft -1ft from the top and bottom of the gate. Add a middle hinge for larger gates.
